What is your return policy?

Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice. Contact customer service at 888-239-3946 or info@bludlubricants for a return material authorization ("RMA") number. All returns without the RMA number will not be accepted. Also, C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. Shipping fees/costs of any type are non refundable.

All returns must be in new condition, unopened, with no mount marks, damage, or wear. Defective products sent to you in error will be exchanged or refunded in full.

How does your Money Bank Guarantee work?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Blud Lubricants® you can request a full refund of the product cost that you purchased.

What is your shipping policy?

All ground shipping is detailed on the website at Blud Lubricants® checkout.  For expedited shipping please contact customer service to determine the additional fee, if any.
